324New Pricing for 2014
Updates from Manufacturers
It is always hard to tell you, my customers, about prices increasing across the board on the products in the store….But I also don’t want you to loose money on a bid you created last month or last year. Manufacturers and suppliers are dealing with increases in raw materials and shipping which has a trickle effect. It’s important to note that Brush & Trowel will continue to find the best pricing possible. However, please visit our web site to make sure your bid on materials is in line with actual costs. Thanks for your understanding.

327Paint Couture! The Collection.
Arriving soon at Brush & Trowel.
Paint for woodwork, cabinets and furniture.
Paint Couture! is a low VOC, water-based acrylic paint, available in 32 colors. Self priming, décor, furniture and cabinet paint. Great adhesion capability to existing painted or varnished surfaces. There is usually no sanding and no priming. Easy to apply, Lays smooth with little to no brush marks. The dry finish look is a matt, almost chalky finish. As an acrylic paint it becomes very hard and very durable. A Glaze or Lacquer topcoat is recommended. Clean up with just soap and water.
Arriving soon at Brush & Trowel. I have just started to paint some chairs and want to share the process and instructions with you all !!!
First wipe down with watered down Simple Green or TSP. Let dry. Then apply a coat of Baltic Black. When painting, do one section of the chair at a time. Use the special Brushes.
We will be adding glazes and metallic waxes in the next steps.
